經(jīng)常聽見一些教師說,為什么學(xué)生總是在外教的課堂上紀(jì)律那么好?而我們的課堂卻時常那么的不盡人意。難道就是因為我們都是中方面孔,盡管教授的同樣的是加方教程,學(xué)生的差別對待還是如此明顯?對于這種情況我曾經(jīng)也有過疑慮,但是現(xiàn)在我想說,讓我們用我們流利的英文來征服學(xué)生。

You can hear teachers say, why the students behaved so well in your classes but so badly in my classes? Doesit mean that we’ve got Chinese faces so the students won’t focus or students are so prejudiced that they can only concentrate in the foreign teachers’ classes? I had doubts with this case before,but now I want to say, let us conquer students with our fluent English.

中加楓華雙語老師是怎樣為學(xué)生們營造純英文課堂氛圍的?

作為一名雙語教師,對于口語的的要求可想而知。對于班級英文水平差的學(xué)生來說,如何讓他們面對一位中方面孔的英語教師,卻愿意或者敢于開口說英文。教師如何能夠克服自己的惰性,面去堅持每堂課流利的說英文,而不是隨著大家的相知最后的雙語課堂變成了中文課堂,這才是**的考驗。這就在更大程度上對教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)提出更高的要求。

As a bilingual teacher, there quirements for oral English could be imagined. It is a real challenge to our teachers that how to open the students’ mouths even when they are confronted with the bilingual teachers. Besides, how to get over your laziness and give one perfect and fluent bilingual class every day is waiting for our teachers to overcome. We can only make it when we keep getting professional.

在教學(xué)教學(xué)過程中,以下有一些建議:

1、堅持全英文授課。一份好的堅持勝過無數(shù)次的重新開始。

Teach in English. A thousand restarts can not compare to persistence.

2、英語口語中,請保持連貫的表達。如果做不到,可以先從放慢語速開始。

Keep a coherent expression on your oral English. You can slow down your speed if it seems really awkward to you.

3、利用好自己的肢體語言。用盡你所有的辦法去解決生詞。記住,說中文是你的最后一條選擇。

Make good use of your body language and exhausting all ways to solve the understanding of your words. Always noted that Chinese is your last choice.

4、不斷提高自己的口語水平。

Improve your spoken English.

雙語老師是怎樣為學(xué)生們營造純英文課堂氛圍的?

高老師通過自己的總結(jié)和課堂經(jīng)驗,為雙語老師們提供了深受學(xué)生喜歡的英語教學(xué)方法。

學(xué)生或許從外教課堂里走出來,進入雙語教師的課堂,或多或少心理都有落差。我們只有用流利的英語來證明。讓他們深刻的知道,無論是中方面孔還是西方面孔,在楓華,哪里都可以是外教課堂。
